Aesthetic class

I’ve been learning alot from my Aesthetic class, especially judging works of art. I’ve glimpse a formalist’s point of view on criticizing such artworks. Formalist is a type of aesthetician who judge a work of art by its layout, structure, design, etc rather than its feeling or pleasing scene (Emotionalist deals with this type of judgment), usually works of art that takes a breath away.
Anyways, earlier at class, we were doing a color wheel by mixing primary colors. I thought of stroking and rubbing (basically playing around) my paint brush on a bond paper to clean it everytime I change color. Our professor saw this and said am an expressionist type of artist. *grin*.. lol.. My group mates suggested I should frame it or submit it to an art exhibit if there is one.. Well, I’ve never really given much thought about my personality on art, so I guess, it was surprising and interesting knowing I got a place in Art.. :’)

i consider this my first real artwork..
